Job listings displayed are sourced from third-party APIs and may be outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Offrd does not currently charge for access and does not store or process payment information. To keep the service sustainable for everyone, accounts are limited to a fixed number of job searches; resume tailoring and cover letter generation are not separately limited. We may introduce paid plans or adjust usage limits in the future — if we do, we will update these Terms and notify users via the website before any change takes effect.

The Offrd platform, including its design, code, brand, logo, and all features, is owned by Offrd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
Offrd integrates with third-party services including Google, Supabase, and job listing data providers. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or availability of third-party services.
Job listings displayed in Offrd are sourced from third-party APIs. We do not verify the accuracy, currency, or legitimacy of job listings. Always verify job details directly with the employer before applying.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
